Tee Time: 

7:00 AM at Pheasant Ridge Golf Course

Registration, load carts, purchase raffle tickets, receive lunch wristbands
   
Format: Shotgun start - Scramble best ball – Have Fun
   
Invited: 

Members, Renters, Family & Guests with limit of 84 golfers in 21 teams

Foursome leader: Need your phone #, slip number & participating names
   
Payment:

Payment must be received before 8/9/11 to reserve your space and head count for barbecue

       Make checks payable to MVYC (with golf in memo line)

       Mail to MVYC, attn. Golf, 73 Weirs Rd, Gilford, NH 03249
   
Cost:  $110 per person includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, hole prizes, barbecue, winners & losers prizes during the barbecue
   
Lunch: 

Golfers barbecue at 12:30 PM; MVYC front building

       Non-playing spouse & significant other tickets available as last year @ $16.00

       Must know in advance for headcount for food
